We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining the integrity of our programming and commitments to our staff and participants.

To ensure fairness and allow for adequate planning, the following cancellation policy applies to all clinics, camps, leagues, and events, unless stated otherwise:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time will be eligible for a full refund of all fees paid.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a 50% refund of fees.

• Failure to attend without prior notice (no-show) will result in no refund.

Please note that this policy is in place to help us prepare appropriately for each event, including staffing, facility use, and equipment needs. Late cancellations or no-shows significantly impact our ability to deliver a high-quality experience for all participants.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to director@ridgelinevolleyball.com. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
