What to Bring to Indoor Volleyball Events

We’re excited to help you grow your skills—and have a blast while doing it. Here’s a quick checklist so you’re prepared and ready to go!

✅ What to Bring:

  • Athletic shoes (clean, non-marking soles for indoor courts)

  • Knee pads

  • Athletic shorts, spandex, or leggings

  • T-shirt or athletic tank top (comfortable and breathable)

  • Water bottle (label with name!)

  • Small towel (optional, for sweat)

  • Snack(s) (optional, for breaks)

  • Any necessary medications (inhalers, EpiPens, etc.)

✅ What to Know:

  • Check-in at the front table before heading to the court.

  • All clinics are indoors – so no need for sunscreen or outdoor gear.

  • Phones must stay in bags during training.

  • Parents are welcome to watch from designated viewing areas (if applicable).

  • Coaches will be available for questions after each session.
