What to Bring to Indoor Volleyball Events
We’re excited to help you grow your skills—and have a blast while doing it. Here’s a quick checklist so you’re prepared and ready to go!
✅ What to Bring:
Athletic shoes (clean, non-marking soles for indoor courts)
Knee pads
Athletic shorts, spandex, or leggings
T-shirt or athletic tank top (comfortable and breathable)
Water bottle (label with name!)
Small towel (optional, for sweat)
Snack(s) (optional, for breaks)
Any necessary medications (inhalers, EpiPens, etc.)
✅ What to Know:
Check-in at the front table before heading to the court.
All clinics are indoors – so no need for sunscreen or outdoor gear.
Phones must stay in bags during training.
Parents are welcome to watch from designated viewing areas (if applicable).
Coaches will be available for questions after each session.
